Paying a Parking Ticket
A parking ticket must be paid within 15 days of issuance to avoid additional fees. There are four options for payment of tickets and fees:
Pay Online
Secure online payment can be made using any of the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Please have the 8 digit ticket number available
Pay By Mail
Payments can be made by mail by sending the ticket along with personal check, cashier's check or money order to:

Payments can be made by phone using the Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) system 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To pay by phone please have the ticket or notice and one of the following credit cards available: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. During the hours of 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday (excluding City Holidays) callers have the option of being transferred from the IVRS to a Customer Service Representative to obtain detailed ticket information.

Pay at Walk-in Site
Tickets and fees can be paid in person at the Parking Violations Bureau Office:

Walk-in payments can be made during the hours of 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Payments can be made in cash, check, money order, Visa or Master Card. Customer Service Representatives are available to provide ticket and payment information.
