Missouri Downtown Economic Stimulus Authority

The Missouri Downtown Economis Stimulus Authority (MODESA) was created to facilitate the redevelopment of downtown areas and the creation of jobs by providing essential public infrastructure. The Missouri Revised Statues guiding MODESA are sections 99.915 to 99.980.

Meetings will be held in the Board Room of the St. Louis Development Corporation, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000. Meetings are not regularly scheduled. Please check the public meetings calendar for the most current schedule.
