Valet Permits - Conditions

Information regarding both commercial and non-commercial Valet Permits and Conditions for same.

Commercial Permits

Valet Company will be the permit holder.

Valet Company must produce copy of contract or authorization for valet services by business owner.

Street Department will approve location for vehicle relocation.

Permits will be issued for 2 or 3 parking spots depending on conditions.  If the police believe more space is needed to control traffic, Street Dept. will issue a permit for additional space.

Permitted location will be permanently signed Valet by the Street Dept.

Permits will be issued quarterly and reviewed for renewal.

Permits will be $20.00 per day; $500.00 per quarter year.

No "Double Parking" or "VIP" parking permitted at any time, all vehicles must be moved immediately to another location.

No cones, traffic control devices or temporary structures shall be placed in the public right-of-way at any time.

Two violations of these conditions will result in the revocation of the permit.

Non-Commercial Permits

Daily non re-occuring Valet permits will be issued at the discretion of the Director of Streets.

Cost:  $20.00 per day.
