Sandra Zambrana serves as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Stabilization Division (NSD) for the City of St. Louis. She is responsible for the Neighborhood Stabilization Team (NST) and the Citizens' Service Bureau (CSB). Sandra is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
In 2008, she began her service to the City as an attorney in the City Counselor's Office for 14 years. There, she handled nuisance cases, administrated hearings, Municipal Court prosecutions, as well as appeals to the Circuit Court and Appellate Court. In addition, she was legal counsel to the License Collector's Office, LRA, the Excise Division, and to the Animal Regulation Center under the Health Department.
Sandra received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis and her Juris Doctorate from the Saint Louis University School of Law. She is inspired daily by her family and three children, Destiny, Alejandro, and Valentina. In her free time, Sandra likes to do puzzles, dance, and watch crime tv shows.
