The St. Louis City Division of Corrections operates two facilities for adults and certified juveniles who are held primarily pending trial, or have been remanded to our custody to serve sentences ranging from one day through one year.

The City of St. Louis, Division of Corrections is responsible for the overall management, operation and security of the St. Louis City Justice Center, located at 200 South Tucker in Downtown St. Louis, and the Medium Security Institution, located at 7600 North Hall Street.

Our staff is comprised of a cadre of well trained correctional professionals, and we offer a number of elective programs and basic services.
