Overview

Remote E-mail Access is provided by ITSA, powered by Google.

Remote e-mail access is available to all city employees with a YourUserName@stlouis-mo.gov e-mail address.

Preparation

In order to access your e-mail remotely, you MUST:

  1. Have an active @stlouis-mo.gov e-mail account.
  2. Know your password for the e-mail account. 

Employees can access webmail from any Internet connected computer inside and outside of the City network.

Instructions

From outside the network, employees can access their email from the Gmail login page
Enter complete email address and password.



What to Expect

The interface is the same from inside and outside the city network.
