The purpose of Information Technology Services Agency (ITSA) is to serve both City agencies and the public. We use technology to assist other City departments as they deliver services to the public.
Our services include computer support, programming, and website administration.
Note to Vendors
ITSA receives frequent phone inquiries from software and IT solution vendors. Because information technology purchases are generally done by competitive process, vendors are encouraged to review active requests for proposals/qualifications/bids and follow the guidelines provided in the competitive process.
