NSP 3 Substantial Amendment

The City of St. Louis is eligible to receive additional Neighborhood Stabilization funds authorized under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. These funds will be used to renovate foreclosed or abandoned homes in targeted neighborhoods throughout the city.
