The City of St. Louis is applying to receive funds through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program to develop abandoned and foreclosed properties in target neighborhoods. As part of this process, the Community Development Administration (CDA) is seeking public input to help shape the development plan.  The draft version of the Substantial Amendment to the 2010 Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan is now available on the CDA home page. All comments should be submitted to Ms. Jill Claybour by the end of February, 2011.
