Philip Taylor
Investigator
Philip Taylor was hired by the City of St. Louis's Civil Rights Enforcement Agency on October 31, 1991, as an investigator. Prior to 1991, he was employed by private corporations and served in the United States Army, both enlisted and as an officer. Today, he is the agency's lead investigator, focusing on employment discrimination.
Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University and a Doctor of Law Degree from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. He is married and has four children.
