| Summary: | BOARD BILL NO. 30 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor, on the behalf of the City of St. Louis, to submit all necessary applications and to enter into agreements with Saint Louis Effort for AIDS or any other agency (Grant # Beacon Project) for the ?AIDS United Access to Care Social Innovation Fund? Program and authorizing the Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend any funds received by said grants to fulfill the obligations of the grants, and containing an emergency clause. |
