Summary:	BOARD BILL NO. 44 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance repealing Ordinance 67416 which authorizes a design build contract for an animal shelter and Section Two of Ordinance 65435 which sets forth the Excess Payment Disposition of the Animal Protection Facility Restoration Fund and directing said funds already collected by the Collector of Revenue and being held by the Comptroller to be distributed pursuant to the remaining provisions of Ordinance 65435; containing an emergency clause.
