Reporting of Previous Tax Incentives by Applicants Submitting Development Proposals to the City
Summary
An ordinance amending Section Three of Ordinance Number 71620, codified in Chapter 3.160.030 of the City of St. Louis Revised Code of Ordinances, requiring applicants for a development proposal requesting a tax incentive to include information about previous tax incentives awarded to the same developer and previous tax incentives awarded to past projects on the same parcel; and requiring SLDC to share information about certain proposals with relevant labor unions and organizations; and requiring that applicants list any past or existing agreements or contracts they have with labor unions.
