Approval of Minutes of April 11, 2013 Regular Board Meeting; 3. Business; A. Resolution No. 13-IDA-7 (Election of Officers) - Resolution approving Election of Officers of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis; B. Resolution No. 13-IDA-8 (Garfield Place Apartments Project) - Resolution amending Resolution No. 13-IDA-4 with respect to the Garfield Place Apartments Project by approving Re-Configuration of the Project; C. Resolution No. 13-IDA-9 (Village at Delmar Place Project) - Resolution approving a Project for Village at Delmar Place, L.P., a Missouri limited partnership, and determining the intent of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to issue its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $4,300,000 to finance the costs of such Project; D. Resolution No. 13-IDA-10 (Etzel Place V Apartments Project) - Resolution approving a project for Etzel Place V, L.P., a Missouri limited partnership, and determining the intent of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to issue its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount up to $4,200,000 to finance the costs of such Project; 4.
