Departments and Agencies

• Assessor's Office
  The Assessor's mission is to assess all property to fairly reflect market value and to accurately record and provide real estate and personal property information to customers in a courteous manner. In every odd year the Assessor will assess all real property located within the City.
• Collector of Revenue
  Collector of Revenue's Office responsibility is to collect real estate taxes, personal property taxes, earnings taxes and water bills and also collect payment for the Metropolitan Sewer District. Available Forms E-1,E-234, E-5, E-6, E-8, E-9, E-11, P-10, W-3, W-10, W-11.
