The Assessor's Office assesses real and personal property, keeps records of all real estate transactions, and maintains a current record of property ownership in the City. The office is composed of three sections: Personal Property, Real Property, and Records & Mapping. All sections work together to accurately identify, list, classify, and appraise all taxable properties in an effort to achieve fairness and equity in values.

Senior Property Tax Freeze Credit Applications Closed for 2024
07/01/2024 - Applications are closed for 2024, but will open again next year, and may open later this year for some seniors who do not collect social security.
